What works today

Saving preferences: available. Choose a province, topics and frequency. We record explicit consent and keep analytics separate from alert preferences.
Email delivery: not active. Outbound email is intentionally disabled until a verified sending domain and provider are connected. You will not receive messages yet.

MVP status: preference saving is live; outbound email stays off until delivery is configured and confirmed.
